I have a microbiologist's fear of all primates (present company sometimes excluded) and have transmitted it to my kids. Sean's stuffed animal collection includes fish, snakes, turtles, frogs, spiders, insects, mammals galore, and even a few(much magnified) bacteria, but no monkeys or apes (he has a lemur, but I blame that on the Kratt brothers).
